At KOI Footwear, we want you to love your vegan shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and sent back in a resaleable condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place your shoes back in their original KOI box and secure them in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

Generate Shipping Label

Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a downloadable QR code or a printable shipping label.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
